I might be going about this the wrong way as I’m pretty new to Obsidian so feel free to call me stupid. Also this post involves the tasks plugin, forgive me if this is the wrong place to ask for help regarding plugins.
What I’m trying to do
I’ve made a daily note template with some regular every day tasks, overdue from yesterday tasks and some tasks that need to be done today. However I have one task that I need to do every week on Monday. I want to set a recurring task that is only visible on the day that it is due (Monday). I really dislike the way recurring tasks immediately create a new task when checked off and would like the task to only appear on Mondays.
Things I have tried
I haven’t tried a whole lot as I’m still learning my way around. Maybe I’m going about this the wrong way and should have the recurring task live elsewhere and have a query that pulls it only if today is Monday?
