Recovering notes without files or files names

What I’m trying to do

Recovering notes without files or files names

I permanently lost all files created in the two-weeks between 18 June to 3 July.
copied roaming/obsidian on 3 July

I didn’t know about Obsidian snapshots, so I didn’t try to recover files immediately
now it’s been more than 7 days, so obsidian probably deleted the snapshots,
another problem, is don’t remember all files’ names
also, I moved remaining files to a different vault then back

there are a lot of different .ldb, .log, and so files that have some notes content, I hope there’s a better recover data from these than reading them manually them with a text editor

maybe there’s a way to recover files using only roaming/obsidian without needing their names

I don’t use any cloud service

Things I have tried

I’ve tried to create a new note with the same name and path as one of the lost notes, hoping that file recovery plugin can find snapshots for it, but it didn’t work. It maybe because it has been more 7 days or because I moved files

The snapshots are deleted after these 7 days (or whatever you had configured at the time of deletion)
There is no way to recover those notes from Obsidian.

I have copied roaming/obsidian before 7 days,

My current idea:
somehow get all files name, recreate the files within the original files, paste the copied folder from roaming back in place, hopefully when then snapshots show past notes

I can see notes data in roaming/obsidian in files without extension like in \obsidian\IndexedDB
or in .log .ldb files

Do I have to recover notes from these manually or is there another way?
is there a way to access log .ldb files other than text editor?
