Until recently, the Peerdraft plugin synced Markdown files only. In the newest version, support for real-time canvas sync was added! It is still rough and should be considered “experimental”, but it does work.
To try it out, install the plugin and make sure all collaborators are on the newest version!
To start sharing a file or folder, right-click on it in the explorer view and select Peerdraft -> Share file/folder from the context menu. You will then receive a secret URL.
To import a shared filed/folder into another vault, use the Join session and add document from someone else command and paste the URL.
Collaboration on markdown files and folders is pretty stable by now, but the canvas sync is still in its infancy.
