Reading view: blockquote continuation lines are read differently from CommonMark (empty ">" line, indented line, fenced code)

Steps to reproduce

Paste each sample into its own note and open Reading view:

> bar
>
baz
> foo
    - bar
> ```
foo
```
> foo
bar
===
Did you follow the troubleshooting guide?
Yes (reproduced in the sandbox vault, no community plugins).
Expected result
CommonMark 0.31.2:
  1. The empty > line ends the paragraph, so baz is a paragraph after the quote (example 249).
  2. - bar is a lazy continuation of the quoted paragraph: one quote holding foo - bar (example 238).
  3. A fenced code block cannot be continued lazily: the quote holds an empty code block, then foo is a paragraph and the last fence opens another code block (example 237).
  4. One quote holding the paragraph foo bar === (example 93).
Actual result
  1. baz is a second paragraph inside the quote.
  2. The quote holds foo, and - bar becomes an indented code block after the quote.
  3. The quote holds a code block foo, and the last fence opens an empty code block after the quote.
  4. The quote holds foo, followed by a level 1 heading bar outside it.
Related: after an empty > line, an ordered item not numbered 1 (> then 9. C) is also taken into the quote.
