My vault has these random icons at the top, between the “starred” icon and the “recent files” icon that seemingly have no purpose. When I click them, the left panel just says “No file is open.” When I hover over them, there’s no additional information or title. I disabled my plugins and my theme and they’re still there. Any ideas?

They’re probably from a plugin that doesn’t properly unload the panes on reload. You can close them with a right click and investigate which plugin leaves them around and open an issue with the author.
