Quickly change font size using html or css?

I have using espanso and this trick to quickly change the font size. But it requires first copying the text and running the espanso shortcut.

What I’m trying to do

  1. Select any text
  2. Press a hotkey
  3. Insert <font size=18> before the selected text
  4. Insert </font> after the selected text

Is there any way (maybe a plugin) that can do this? Thanks.
