Quick add capture, suggestion and prompt at the same time?

For a selection on a capture I would like to have it come up with some prompts but if they aren’t there I can type own

{{VALUE:Gym,Running,Film,TV,Game,Drone,BBQ,Alcohol}}: 1

This will ask me to select one of the selections if i wanted to add another quickly it wont let me type one.

I tried

{{VALUE:Gym,Running,Film,TV,Game,Drone,BBQ,Alcohol,{{VALUE:Other}}}}: 1

It prompted me as id expct but it didnt carry the value into tne template.
