I came across JSON Canvas on HN and immediately came to the forum to see if anyone here had heard of it. Then I pulled the thread some more and realized it was open sourced from Obsidian. Ahhhhh…I love it.

I would like to build my custom theme into this JSON Canvas. But I don’t find any usefull documentation where to start.
The sample canvas provided by GitHub works well inside in Obsidian, but how to run the Canvas without Obsidian. A HTML is given, but this renders broken, like some “engine” is missing.
