On Publish sites, when you hover over a link with a pop-up page preview, the right sidebar flickers. Including the browser scrollbar. Some kind of CSS or JS bug.
I am experiencing this in Chromium on Win10.
For example: Home - Obsidian Help . Watch the “Interactive Graph” and “On this page” sections flicker.
