Property Editor: Hard to edit an existing link when narrowing to heading / view

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a base, such as bar.base.
2. Create a view in the base, such as some-view.
3. Create a note, such as foo.md.
4. Change to Editing view with Live Preview mode.
5. Add a property, such as refer_view.
6. Put cursor in the value input of the property.
7. Input bar, select the bar.base in suggestion menu and hit Enter key.
8. Click the the value input of the property refer_view to edit the internal link.
9. Put cursor after the [[bar.base and type #.

Yes.

Expected result

Suggestion menu shows block links of the note.

Actual result

The note name changes to current note.
