Properties view opens if Ctrl or middle clicking on a backlink that links the current page in its properties

Steps to reproduce

1. Turn off Editor -> Always focus new tabs and make sure the “Properties view” Core plugin is on
2. Add a link to a file in another file’s properties
3. Go to the file that was linked
4. Open that file’s backlinks
5. Ctrl click or middle click the file that links to it
6. Notice that the file opens in the background, but the current files switches to the Properties view
7. Now try it by right clicking and then selecting “Open in new tab”
8. Notice that the file opens in the background and you are not navigated away from the backlink pane
