I am using templater plugin to create a properties table.

Is it we can’t create the properties table unless it is done manually?
Just a guess, but which line number is that first set of dashes, ---? Are they on line 1 which they should be, or not?
The properties shouldn’t have empty ones within, but I don’t think that should break it.
