Use case or problem
The new date property type is quite handy. I especially like how it automatically links to the corresponding Daily Note.
However, it currently does not differentiate between created versus noncreated Daily Notes, making it impossible to tell which dates are associated with existing Daily Notes and which aren’t.
For example, in the following two Date Fields, Date 1 does not exist as a Daily Note, while Date 2 does.
Currently, there is no indication of this difference.
Proposed solution
Dates that do have a Daily Note can be shown as they are now, with a hyperlink symbol. Dates that don’t have a Daily Note should be shown with the Create Note icon 
used everywhere else in Obsidian.
