I also want help setting up a simple automated recurring back-up once a week or once a month to prevent against any issues with sync or accidental deletions.

Things I have tried

I currently have a vault set-up across my PC, Mac, and iPhone. Most times it syncs fine but sometimes there are issues where it creates duplicate files and deletes things. I want to ensure I am doing things properly. I am now unsure how exactly to share just a few files with people to collaborate on, and keep others private.
