Problem with account and sync payment

I have a problem. How can I get in touch with the people behind Obsidian? Last week I started making my first notes in Obsidian. I didn’t get the notes synced between my devices on which I purchased sync. I wanted to pay monthly, but apparently I didn’t tick this box properly. It didn’t work with sync either and then I deleted my account, concluded Obsidian apparently didn’t work for me. But now I see that the sync option is charged for a whole year. Result: I pay for a year of sync., but I no longer have an account. What to do now?
