Print stylesheet for Obsidian Publish sites

Continuing the discussion from Publish sites do not print properly:

When printing from Obsidian Publish sites, only the first screen of content prints, and most space is taken up by interface elements.

Obsidian Publish should come with default print styles which hide interface elements and do not crop or truncate page contents.
