Prevent files Form open möge than once

Use case or problem

When I follow a link of a file that is already opend, it will open a new tab instead of going to the tab with the already opend file.

This is more of a QoL problem than a huge dealbreaker.

Proposed solution

A new option that, if set to active, prevents files to open a second tab and goes to the already opend tab.
