Preserve internal links with Apple Notes importer

Use case or problem

When importing Apple Notes into Obsidian, any inter note link (links between notes) are lost. I have some MOC’s and linked journal entries that I want to keep connected after the import.

Proposed solution

Convert internal Notes links (example below) to regular markdown [[xxx]] links.

Current workaround (optional)

There is no workaround other than manually restoring hundreds of these links, unfortunately.

Related feature requests (optional)

If impossible or too difficult, then at least preserve the link title. It currently is removed completely.

I am not sure which importer you are referring to. If you are referring to Obsidian Importer, search/open a issue here.

I was indeed referring to the Obsidian importer. Why is there a feature request category in this forum when I should add these to a GitHub repository? The community is over here and imho it’s better to have discussion where people are.

The obsidian importer is not part of Obsidian Core (currently) and is developed as an open source plugin on GitHub.
