Pop up shows to fill name of note

What I’m trying to do

Using a vault at home and at work.
At work a pop up shows to ask me the note name.

At home I can’t get this to work. Anyone any idea what setting this is?

Things I have tried

I have compared all core settings between the vaults at home and at work. Even the settings in the plugins I use (which are the same at both sides)

Any ideas. I must be missing the bovious here.

If you’ve got both Settings > Appearance → Show inline title and Show tab title bar OFF, you’ll get a modal like that when creating new notes. It could be that.
