Png files not showing in macos

png files not showing in macos

source mode

png files display properly on my windows computer

Are you sure that png file is not corrupted?

The Finder preview shows it properly.

does it happen with every .png file?

I tested with 2 other files and they displayed properly. The avatar.png must have been a bad luck. Any idea of why that file does not behave?

I open the file and saved a new version. Obsidian displays the new version properly. Maybe old png files can be problematic but the macos finder was able to display it. For me, saving a new version resolved my issue.
