When searching community plugins, I’ve noticed some plugins don’t show up. Today I realised that Obsidian requires you to know how to spell in and use American English specifically as it does not normalise search queries between American and international English which is what is used in all countries outside of America including the UK, Australia, NZ, all of Europe etc…
This problem is compounded as American spelling is detected as spelling mistakes outside the US and if people have auto-correct enabled for spelling it will be corrected automatically.

In my case when searching for plugins to organise my vault I found only a single plugin returned:
But when I realised Americans spell Organise with a Z, so I tried searching for that and 24 other plugins were found (but not the Inbox Organiser!):
I propose that normalising or flattening English spelling when searching in plugins (and perhaps elsewhere?) would likely solve this issue. e.g. “World has alternative English spelling? → Yes → Include those spelling variations in search”.
