Thanks for the reply. I am not a programmer. Is there a way to use the Google photos plugin to display photos from Google drive

The Google Photos plugin only connects to the Photos API, so that plugin can’t be used. But what I meant is that someone could use it as a reference point to reduce the amount of coding they’d have to do. Connecting Obsidian and Google OAuth is already done.
