PluginManifest not exported in 1.10.0 Types? Bug or forshadowing?

Hey all,

I’m getting some oddness around a plugin and typescript.

TS seems to be complaining about PluginManifest not being exported? Is this correct? The documentation hasn’t changed and it’s still listed under the TypeScript API…

Bug, my env is screwed or is this foreshadowing?

Ignore me. I’m an idiot.

Added some tsconfig for mocks and completely forgot tsconfig really takes these things to heart.
