I submitted VaultDex via community.obsidian.md. All preview scans complete successfully
(no warnings), but the portal persistently shows “No release matches your manifest
version.”

- Manifest version: 1.2.6
- GitHub release 1.2.6 exists with correct tag (no v prefix), and assets main.js,
manifest.json, styles.css, versions.json - Portal shows “Current release: v1.2.3, Total releases: 1” — it appears the portal’s
release cache is stuck at the initial release and has not updated despite 4 subsequent
releases - “Last pushed” in the Repository section has not updated in 24+ hours despite multiple
pushes
Has anyone else seen this? Is there a way to force a release cache refresh?
