Plugin - Base Backlinks Viewer — right-click any link to instantly see what links to it

Hey everyone! I just released a small plugin that adds a “Show backlinks” option to the right-click menu of any internal link.

Clicking it opens a single reusable _backlinks.base file filtered to show every note that links to the target. The base is fully customisable (view type, sort, columns…) and your settings persist across searches (only the filter is swapped out each time).

One thing I find particularly useful: it works even for links to notes that don’t exist yet. If you use bare [[Category]] links as tags or topic markers, you can right-click any of them and immediately see all notes in that “category” (no note needed). This makes it a great lightweight alternative to maintaining a separate .base file for each of your categories or topics.
