I know Obsidian is closed source. But still, you can use Github as an Issue manager.
You can simply add a Readme.md to a repo and use that repo as an issue manager.
As most of the developers and many of the users are using Github as their Issue Tracker, it will be great for all to participate without creating a new account on a new forum.
