Please help my note has completely destroyed

What I’m trying to do

While watching Video (using Potplayer) and writing a note in Obsidian, My laptop suddenly stopped and started rebooting.. idk why this problem happend. no mouse, keyboard and everything stopped.

When I undergo this problem twice, I opened my note and every single letter has gone.

I’m so frustrating and sad because everything on my engineering subject has completely gone.

Things I have tried

I opened it with VSCode and it’s still broken. IDK why my laptop rebooted.

The potential problem of Rebooting is

my laptop’s problem(hardware, OS, kernel, … etc)
Potplayer
Obsidian

I just opened two programs. how to restore my note please help me…

감사합니다. Great to hear you could recover the file.

I use the File Recovery plugin as a safety net, but I also back my vault up every hour to two external drives, and keep incremental backups going back months on other removable drives. Would be scary to lose thousands of words in one file, let alone the four million words of notes that I currently have.

As an unequivocal atheist, I really don’t want to be thought of anyone’s Jesus , although I understand the kind intent behind your expression and am really pleased that you are happy.
