Pinned Commands are not always at the top

Once you’ve done the above, delete everything above this line.

^ Shouldn’t that be in comment syntax? Anyway:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Pin some commands via the desktop app.
  2. Use the command menu to look for all of the pinned commands.

Expected result

I expect all of the commands to be the first result when I perform a search, no matter how relevant it is to the query. Basically if it’s close enough to be listed in the search results, it should be immediately placed at the top.

Actual result

Often times for certain commands the pinned commands can be the second result.

Environment

  • Operating system: Windows 10
  • Debug info: Not available.

Additional information

I will try to get more supporting details later. All I can say is that this has existed for several months across several updates. I have a list of bugs saved somewhere that I haven’t reported, but this is the one that bothers me the most.

Here is a screenshot in case this helps with reproducing the bug.

this is not how it works, you can open a FR for this.

How are pinned commands meant to work?

They appear on top only when you haven’t typed anything.

Thank you. I will make a new thread.
