Persistent bogus "File" menu from plugins I don't have

Once you’ve done the above, delete everything above this line.

Steps to reproduce

Download & install latest Windows Obsidian. Avoid installing Copilot or Excalidraw plugins. Open ribbon with upper left icon. Menu is displayed that appears to be a Files menu, but first 5 lines are Attachments, copilot, Excalidraw, Templates, & Terms. But as I said copilot, Excalidraw, etc are nott even installed. The menu cannot be dismissed.
On Windows, the menu is problematic only that it is bogus and unexplained.
On Android (vault synced with Obsidian Sync), menu is intrusive on tablet and obscures the entire user interface on phone, causing complete paralysis there.

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Yes]

Expected result

Actual result

See bogus menu that I didn’t ask for. Menu covers up ribbon, obscuring other choices. Menu will not dismiss. Note that both a Windows screenshot and an Android screenshot were placed below but then were deleted after saying that links may not be included in a post. There was no link. Just 2 png files dragged & dropped into the appropriate spot in the template. Anyway, I’m happy to provide screenshots upon request.
