PDF won't sync even with pdf sync setting on and using Plus plan

What I’m trying to do

Upload .pdfs that range from 8-10MB total to my obsidian vault to view on other PCs connected to the same vault.

Things I have tried

Confirm pdf sync is on. PDF syncs works with seemingly smaller files

Confirm that I am on plus plan, I just upgraded.

I have returned to my vault to see that the .pdfs have been synced. Possibly due to the plus plan needing time to be accounted for.
