PDF Page Size Scaling

I have some PDFs that were made from either combining images or combining PDFs into one. The problem is, when I scroll through pages, some pages are huge, others are small. While seemingly not a big deal, it makes for a somewhat toilsome reading experience (Win 11), especially on Android.

Question - Is there a way to scale all the pages, either in Adobe or in Obsidian, to all be the same size? Or close to the same size? These are mostly books, so I wouldn’t be able to crop anything, and I’d prefer to avoid adding a lot of white space around text, which would just look unappealing.

Oddity - in Adobe itself, these pages appear to be the same size.

Other - I use the PDF++ plugin if that helps. I also tried the Better PDF plugin, but Obsidian told me it is no longer functional and should be uninstalled.

Goal - ideally, this could be fixed in Adobe itself, or a core Ob feature or CSS snippet would be preferred over a whole plugin (especially b/c I don’t want it competing with PDF++). Thanks for your help.

Edit - this is one example below, top page is wider and taller, other pdfs are much worse.
