PDF export: italic isn't formatted when there's space between asterisks (nested bold in italic)

Steps to reproduce

1. Open new note
2. Try typing the three formats in the example below
3. Export to PDF

Example:

	1. ***This is working*** (using asterisks, no space between begin/end asterisks)
	2. *This is not **working*** (using asterisks, space between first and last five asterisks)
	3. _This is **working**_ (using underscore, exactly the same as example 2 but working)
