PDF export doesn’t work with dark mode of theme on linux

Exporting a pdf with dark mode enabled on Linux desktop (Mint-Y-Dark-Blue [GTK2/3]) creates a pdf with white font color on white background → unreadable.
Switching to the bright mode of the theme creates a nornal pdf (black font color on white background).

Steps to reproduce

  • Choose “dark mode“ desktop theme (here: Mint-Y-Dark-Blue [GTK2/3])
  • Export md to pdf

Expected result

A pdf with black font color on white background.

Actual result

A pdf with white font color on white background.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Community plugins: for bugs, please first try updating all your plugins to latest. If still not fixed, please try to make the issue happen in the Sandbox Vault or disable community plugins.

Additional information

I don’t think your OS theme should influnce the print view or Obsidian’s inner ui.

nevertheless, follow the debug guide and post a screen recording of this happening in the sandbox vault.
