I need recommendations for a good PDF editor . I’m looking for something that allows me to edit text, add annotations, and possibly merge or split PDFs. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I am looking for key features like robust editing tools, user-friendly interface, support for various file formats, strong security options, and affordability. These factors can really make a difference in finding the right tool! My budget is between 1$ to 5$.
Based on your requirements and my personal experience, I believe Adobe and SuperTool would be great options for you. You can also try free trials of other PDF editors, which should help you make a final decision more easily.

Make sure you get one that distinguishes between highlights and annotations. Obsidian recognizes annotations in a source pdf file. That distinction is important.
