PDF Automatically Collapse Setting?

What I’m trying to do

I’m trying to make my pdfs automatically collapse when I open a page. I have a page of notes with lots of pdfs in it and it would make it easier to view if they were automatically collapsed when I opened the page.

Things I have tried

I have looked through the main settings and the theme settings I have downloaded, as well as all my plugins, and can’t seem to find a solution for this.

I don’t know of any setting or plugin to do this, but there are two things you could try to see if either work for you:

• Put the embedded PDF in a sub-list so that it can be folded/collapsed. Once folded, it should stay that way on that device. e.g.

- my pdf
    - ![[pineapple.pdf]]

• Put the PDF in a folded callout e.g.

> ![[pineapple.pdf]]
