Pasting Link on text doesn't convert to []() in live-preview

Steps to reproduce

In the legacy editor I can select a text and paste a link with CTRL+V and it converts it to [text](http://...)
With the live-preview editor in 0.13.13 it just pastes the link over the text.

this never worked in the legacy editor without plugins.

workaround:

  • create a shortcut to “insert markdown link”.
  • copy the link
  • highlight the text
  • click above shortcut
  • paste the link
