When switching to preview pagedn stops working after 3 presses (sometimes more than 3) and then one must click with the mouse in the pane to continue scrolling with pagedn. It is the same situation with pageup when at the lower part or bottom of document.
It is an intermittent problem as sometimes the keys work for the whole document.
The document is around 120 lines.
Another related problem is that when switching between left and right pane the pageup & pagedn keys continue to affect the pane last used with pageup/pagedn if both panes are in preview mode. When one pane is in edit mode and the other in preview, the keys work as expected.
I have set ctrl+pageup as hotkey Focus on pane to the left and ctrl+pagedn for Focus on pane to the right.
The keys worked without problem before version 0.10.1.
