Bug Description
When hovering over block-level links to footnotes, the preview box appears empty of content.
Steps to reproduce
Create a paragraph, and add a regular footnote. In another file, create a block-level link to that footnote. With the Page Preview extension enabled, hover over the link. Pop-up preview box appears empty.

Footnote text should appear in the preview box.

Preview box is empty.
