Use case or problem
The Incoming and Outgoing links filters in the individual note local graph view are really useful and it would be really useful to have those filters over the entire graph. I have notes of different academic papers and have links to notes for their respective references.
I would like to see large nodes for papers that have a lot of incoming links (i.e lots of papers reference them) however as it is currently, the papers that have the most references (most outgoing links) are the ones that are the largest nodes. This makes it difficult to see the important papers.
Proposed solution
Add the incoming and outgoing filters that are already implemented in the local graph view into the global graph view.
