Original Obsidian Publish Note persisting online after it's been renamed

What I’m trying to do

I have renamed an Obsidian Note. It gets republished just fine, but the old note is is still up there on Obsidian publish, even though it is gone on my computer and gone in my vault. Should I unpublish and republish the whole site to fix this?

Here is the note online that I’ve renamed and published. Early works - Obsidian Publish
Here is the note online that I’ve deleted on my computer, but it still persists online. Archive - Obsidian Publish

I’ve only had Obsidian Publish for a few days but I love it and I think I’m going to try to get a lot more music creatives to use it. (I will be talking it up at a conference this fall.) Wished that the “persistent graph” plugin worked in Obsidian Publish, but that is the subject for another day!

You may have deleted on your computer, but you also need to unpublish it explicitly using the user interface.

Ah! Thank you. The “publish” button, in this case, doesn’t mean publish, it means “remove” or “execute.” Got it. Thank you. Worked instantly.

yes, that’s an interesting Observation maybe we should change it

This is exactly why I struggled at first to understand this part of the logic in Publish (clicking on “Publish” to delete a file, my brain was bugging)
