Steps to reproduce
After changing the language of the UI, the order of the commands/symbols in the left sidebar changed.
Closing and opening Obsidian didn’t resolve the issue.
Loading a workspace layout only opened tabs and the panel order but didn’t change the order of the symbols in the left sidebar.

Expected result
The order of the commands in the Ribbon shouldn’t change because of a language change or plugin update.
I expected the workspace layout to also save the state of the left sidebar.
Actual result
The order stays the same after the workspace layout is loaded.

Additional information
I just noticed that the order is saved but only in the language where I saved the layout in. The other language won’t load the ribbon part of the configuration.
