How can I mark modified (unsaved) tabs with an asterisk? Many IDEs and text editors support that feature (For example Notepad++ shows red icon for modified file and adds prefix asterisk to the app header: [notepad++] ) Couldn’t find option or extension which provides this functionality.

Obsidian is constantly saving. The asterisk would appear for less than a second before disappearing, so it’s basically irrelevant.

Is this behavior configurable? Why having Save current file command if so?
