Opening my vault on a new computer isn't processing my settings or plugins correclty

What I’m trying to do

I have a vault with various settings and plugins however, whenever I open the vault from the file, only some of the plug-ins seem to show up in the vault.

Out of all of those shown above these are the only ones that show up in the vault

I’m fairly confident a syncing issue caused this since it showed up right after I synced a new computer but now it’s not even working when I have the sync turned off.

Things I have tried

Creating copies and opening those, removing the vault and readding it, Etc…
I still have the vault folder on an old computer with everything working correctly but the folders look the exact same as the ones I’m trying to open so not really sure if those would be of any help.

Any advice is appreciated otherwise, I’m off to chat with support.

Your first screenshot looks like Windows, so I’ll go with that.

Where is your vault located? In a OneDrive, Google Drive, etc., folder? Wherever it is, make sure all the files/folders in any Obsidian vaults are actually downloaded and there’s a local copy on the device. OneDrive calls it “always keep on this device”, Google Drive is “mirroring”.

Oh, you mentioned chatting with support. Are you using Obsidian Sync with this vault?

It’s all local.

and yep, I am using sync with this vault, but I turned it off in order to troubleshoot this issue, but it didn’t seem to fix anything.
