Opening Anki from Obsidian link / Opening other Apps from inside Obsidian

I found one solution, using the Shell commands plugin and using the URI feature.

For anyone who is interested my Shell command for Anki is open /Applications/Anki.app as I’m on OSX.

Is there a way to do it without plugins?
