How do i open a CSV file in the CSV editor?

I don’t think Obsidian has a built-in CSV editor; are you using a CSV community plugin?

There is indeed a csv editor plugin, glad you asked your question and made me check. To test it, I dropped a csv file into my attachments folder. Then I simply clicked on it in the Obsidian file pane and it opened a note with the csv editor loaded. Really nifty little piece of code. Just make sure the csv file is available via the Obsidian file pane.
