The “web viewer” core plugin is used to view web pages within the app (i.e. without opening an external web browser).
Right now, this plugin / functionality is only available in the Desktop App.
The mobile app could also benefit from this function, even in a restricted fashion.
I like browser and the Link Preview plugin in desktop version but I use my Android phone more often than computer and I really miss this feature on my phone
As a non technical/IT person I am not sure but mobile app is based on Capacitor and I googled that Capacitor supports Web View
I would also mention (file explorer in the upper right 3 dots options menu) this option is available on Desktop , I don’t see a reason why it does NOT exist on mobile.
