Open text files (html, csv, txt, xml) inside Obsidian

Use Obsidian as only markdown files for text files is very limiting it would be great to edit text files as plain text without rendering.

Some text files that should read and edit (CRUD):

  • txt
  • xml
  • html
  • csv
  • dat

In the Obsidian Settings, under “Files and Links” be sure “Detect all File Extensions” is checked.

Yes but I would like to edit them inside of Obsidian, not just open with an external app.
