Open specific URL with hotkeys

Things I have tried

I’ve tried the plugin “Open related URL”, it only works if I’m on the page with specified YAML.

What I’m trying to do

I’d like to open specific URL by hitting hotkeys in obsidian, I know there’re some marco software that can serve for this function but I don’t want those hotkeys to be global in my computer to avoid accidently trigger in other software
