Open specific file from terminal

I want to open a markdown file in obsidian from the terminal (Ubuntu 20.04).

Things I have tried

I tried the following command:

./Obsidian-0.12.15.AppImage note.md

What I’m trying to do

I hoped this will start Obsidian with the file note.md opened. If Obsidian is already opened I though it wouldn’t start again, just open the file note.md

It would be great if someone has an Idea, how to realize that - because I wanted to make a small sh script, which would help me to open needed files one after another.
