Use case or problem
Due to privacy (and size) concerns, I need to open PDF files with Obsidian’s own PDF viewer, but being these files OUT of the vault. Of course, the idea is not only to open and read them, but also to use its good features (copy as quote, copy link to selection…), and also other compatible plugins (as PDF++)
Proposed solution
If possible, to add the ability of pointing to PDFs out of the vault in order to open them with embedded PDF viewer, and allow compatibility with plugin PDF++
Current workaround (optional)
As a workaround I could use (the excellent) Annotator plugin, but I’d rather prefer to use Obsidian’s default PDF reader so that I can use PDF++
